What is your favorite island in the Caribbean. I love St. Maarten. We spent some time on the beach before taking a Pirate Ship Adventure tour. This was by far our favorite shore excursion.

St. Lucia

Just arriving in port was spectacular! The narrow channel into the port takes you past lush hills on both sides. The small airport nearby has aircraft over fly your ship when landing which is pretty cool. The port is quaint and the maneuvering during docking is interesting...worth getting up at 6 am, getting your first cup of java, and hanging out on the balcony to watch. Mother nature also splashed the countryside with a rainbow a few miles away. How does the cruise line set that up? I am hooked!
